Delivery to most parts of Pakistan is estimated to be 3-7 business days, in most cases the majority of parcels arrive sooner than this. Nidz Shop will endeavour to solve any delivery issues that may arise as soon as we are made aware of the issue.
Investigations into lost or damaged parcels in transit can take up to 3 weeks to complete. The customer will be informed every step of the way. Items without insurance will not be covered in the event of loss or damage in transit. Customers must notify Nidz Shop within 7 days of receiving an item if it has arrived damaged or destroyed.
Nidz Shop is not responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.
